Introduction

Jockey Club Museum of Climate Change in the Chinese University of Hong Kong is the world's first museum with the theme of climate change. It is divided into four permanent exhibition areas and one thematic exhibition area. The four permanent exhibition areas are Polar Corridor, Satellite Remote Sensing and Environmental Monitoring, Innovation Research of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and The Hong Kong Jockey Club Environmental World. The museum also regularly organizes special exhibitions to display the latest information on climate and sustainable development, inspiring new thinking and practical actions to deal with climate change.

Accessibility description

There are multiple barrier-free facilities, including entrances and exits, passages, elevators, and accessible toilets. The design fully considers the needs of wheelchairs/persons with reduced mobility. Most of the uneven places are equipped with ramps, and the ramps are relatively flat. Wheelchair users can easily get on and off.
