The gymnasium is equipped with diversified recreational facilities, which are welcome to be hired by individuals and groups. In addition, the gymnasium holds different types of recreational and sports activities every month, and citizens are welcome to sign up to participate.

The gymnasium is equipped with multiple barrier-free facilities, including entrances and exits, passages, lifts, accessible toilets, tactile floor plans and tactile guide paths, etc. The design fully considers the needs of wheelchairs/persons with reduced mobility, and most of the uneven places are set up. There are ramps, and the ramps are relatively flat, so wheelchair users can easily get on and off.
